Our room was pristine with comfortable beds that made for restful nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our staycation.

The unfortunate smoke from the wildfires limited our outdoor activities.

The hotel is conveniently close to beautiful parks like cascade metropark and falls river square, perfect for weekend strolls and taking in scenic views. I found the staff very friendly and the room quiet making for a pleasant stay.

Lovely suite, comfy bed, and hot breakfast—perfect for a laid-back stay. Conveniently near a concert venue! No time for the pool, but it looked nice.

The only downside? The shower button was so crusty, it could've been auditioning for a horror film!

Family with kids beware of extra fees

We had a bit of fun at the pool, despite my daughter breaking out in a rash, not quite what I expected for a birthday party. The staff, though, they were friendly enough, especially the manager, who tried to upgrade our room after we got locked out.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive for what we ended up with.

Had an awesome weekend with friends! We enjoyed concerts and outdoor movies at Lock 3. Cuyahoga Valley National Park was perfect for hiking, and the zoo had so many cool animals. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Don't miss the wine tasting nearby!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a pleasant stay, especially appreciating the courteous staff. However, the Wi-Fi connection proved to be frustrating as it frequently disconnected. Just a short drive from local eateries and family gatherings. Ensure to check the bathrooms for any maintenance needs before settling in.

I loved the clean, spacious room and the included breakfast options, especially the fresh cookies in the evening! Just wish the pool was larger. it got crowded with kids.

Family with children best place to stay

The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to help us, like giving us extra towels without us even asking. They had this nice breakfast buffet that had hot items and a very charming hostess, perfect start for the day with the kids.

In my kids' opinion, there could be better storage in the rooms for clothes. it would help us stay organized during our stay.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast area worker was great. This was a nice looking building.

The pool was not well maintained. The water was green and too cold to swim in. It was disappointing since we wanted our child to swim after a long day.

I felt right at home in my newly renovated queen room! The cozy atmosphere and modern touches. Plus, the breakfast was a good surprise, definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had!

The hotel had a great location near the interstate and offered a warm breakfast with friendly staff, which was a plus. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the room cleanliness left something to be desired after encountering bed bugs, which was disappointing.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast staff is friendly and helpful. Pool maintenance needs attention, water was cold and murky.
